Return Process

  Contact our Customer Care team via the support portal to start your return process and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Schedule Professional Removal

  Our certified installation partners will contact you to schedule a time to professionally uninstall and pack your Tonal system safely.

  Inspection and Processing

  Once the unit is returned to our facility, our technicians will inspect the hardware and accessories to ensure all components are accounted for.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Following a successful inspection, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
